Marlin Spring Carnival
UNDER THE SEA

Friday, May 2nd 5:30-8:30
The carnival
will be here before you know it. We are busy making plans for this wonderful
evening. Again, we are asking the help of each marlin family to make this
carnival a success. We welcome the help of the entire family (moms, dad,
grandparents, older siblings) anyone can help out. Below is a volunteer sheet.
We would appreciate you filling this out and sending it back in with your child.
Shifts and positions are on a first come firs serve basis. If there is a
particular place you would like to work, we strongly encourage you to sign up
early. By getting people in place early, it makes the committee’s job easier.
We are
looking for someone to take over being in charge of the carnival’s raffle. We’d
like to have someone volunteer this year to work along side the present chair,
and learn the ropes. This position can be done by one person, or co-chaired.
Anyone interested in helping out, please contact Stephanie Jachim 333-6370 or
Tina Brickert 339-5496, as soon as possible.
Over the
next few weeks your child will bring home information about how they can make
donations to the carnival. Children that make donations will be rewarded with
tokes the night of the carnival. The tokens can then be used to play the games.
Please watch for these flyers, it is the only way to communicate with each
family.
Anyone
interested in helping with the planning of the school carnival is welcome to
come to our planning meetings. Carnival planning meetings will take place after
the PTO meetings, about 6:30 pm the second Tuesday of each month. If you would
like to volunteer to help with the carnival, but are unable to attend the
