Dear Parents of Fifth Graders:
Our adventure to Bradford Woods is fast approaching. Our camping dates are Monday, March 31 through Wednesday, April 2. We will arrive at Bradford Woods at 11:00 a.m. on Monday and be back at Marlin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The fee for camp is $105 and should be turned in to the school office as soon as possible. Please make checks payable to MCCSC – Outdoor Education. See Mr. Finley for information about partial or total camp scholarships. There is information about this in the Bradford Woods newspaper that came home in this packet.
To answer any questions you may have, we will have a Bradford Woods parent information meeting on Wednesday, March 19th, at 5:30 p.m., in Mrs. Sharp’s room 10.
Included in this packet you are receiving today are three (3) important information sheets that MUST be filled out by parents and returned as soon as possible. All parents must complete:
Included in this packet is a supply list for camp, the Bradford Woods Newsletter, an invitation to the Bradford Woods Open House held March 16th, information concerning the labeling and dispensing of mediations (If your child has medications, the yellow form must be filled out for each medication and returned with the medication to the Health Office before we leave), and information telling about protection against mosquito bites.
We have posted some of this information on Marlin’s webpage for your convenience. Thank you for completing and returning the attached forms. We look forward to seeing you at the parent meeting on March 19th.
