Text Box: MARLIN BOOK Marlin Elementary School will be having a book release party. On May 15, at 6:30 p.m., there will be a spring PTO general meeting and a book release party. We are celebrating the publication of our book, Marlin Anthology: Exploring Our Horizons as Writers. Books will first be available at the book release. After that, you may purchase copies at the Marlin office or from any selling author. These books will be wonderful keepsakes or family gifts. Text Box: SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR Marlin’s 4th, 5th, and 6th grade classes will hold their annual Social Studies Fair on Monday, June 5, 1:15 to 2:45. We hope to show our hard work and creative talents to all who are able to attend. The 4th grade Famous Hoosiers Fair will be in Miss Armstrong’s room 11. The 5th grade State Fair will be in Miss Taylor’s room 9. The 6th grade European Fair will in both Mrs. Rollins’ room 12 and Mrs. Sharp’s room 10. Text Box: SIXTH GRADE The sixth graders are looking forward to the end of the year special celebrations. These events are rewards students earn for fulfilling their academic responsibilities. Students will not participate if work is missing. Please help your child keep up with assignments so that everyone will be able to participate.
